The Retreat Leaders Network exists so that leading retreats stops feeling like starting over every time. This is nine days in Costa Rica where four leaders build one extraordinary experience together — a nervous system reset in the jungle, deep nature integration, and phone-free opportunities that let you actually arrive. The Retreat Leaders Network is a circle of coaches, healers, facilitators and guides who lead transformational retreats together instead of in isolation. It exists so that every retreat you run isn't starting from zero — you share audiences, stages, referrals and a body of work that compounds across trips.
This nine-day Costa Rica experience is one part of that network: four leaders co-lead a single trip alongside Travis, each with their own speaking slot and workshop, cross-promoting into a shared audience.

I've spent the last decade chasing one question: what actually makes people come alive — and how do you build a business around it? The answer, for me, turned out to be rooms full of people far from home. Costa Rica three times. Alaska. Ecuador. Liberia. Serbia. Japan, Korea, Thailand. Five of those trips I led or hosted myself, and I've keynoted stages internationally in between.
Along the way I learned that hosting retreats isn't a hobby you graduate into — it's a craft you get handed. The fastest way I ever learned anything was standing next to someone doing it, then being given the room. That's exactly what this week does: I host Costa Rica while you step into the microphone.
I'm keeping it to four leaders on purpose. Four is small enough that you get real attention, real responsibility, and a real share of the work that matters.

Travis hosts and runs the container. You take the stage with your own speaking slot and workshop, and help lead the week alongside three other leaders.
Is there a referral benefit?+

What kind of physical activity is involved?+
Adventure days stretch comfort zones, but slower alternatives are always available. Nothing is mandatory.
What's included in the cost?+
Accommodations, in-country transport, planned experiences, most meals (including private chef nights), your filmed talk and content library. Flights are not included.
